Shaolin Kung Fu consists of straight line and arc shape attacks, defenses and grasping techniques. It stresses shift and unpredictable motions with instant dynamic force aided by body twisting and the smooth movement of stance.

Shaolin Kung Fu is a discipline which trains each student to achieve a quick response in actual movements while maintaining a good and healthy physique, discipline and well-being.
